1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and bamae.

2. Use of Website

You may use our website for legitimate business purposes such as browsing, purchasing, and contacting support.

Unauthorised use, including unlawful activity or system interference, is strictly prohibited.

3. User Accounts and Registration

You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and ensuring all provided information is accurate.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised account activity.

4. Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices may change without notice.

All prices displayed on our website include VAT at the applicable rate (currently 20% standard rate). There are no hidden charges. We do not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free, though we strive for accuracy.

5. Orders and Payment

Orders may be accepted or rejected at our discretion. Payment must be completed before shipment.

We use secure, PCI-compliant systems to process payments.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship from the United Kingdom with delivery times typically ranging from 2–4 business days for UK mainland addresses, depending on the method selected.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.

7. Returns and Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order for any reason, starting from the day after you receive the goods. You must then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you also have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods that are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described. For faulty or defective items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Certain items, including personalised goods, sealed hygiene items that have been opened, and perishable goods, are excluded from the 14-day cooling-off right.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Subject to the above, our liability for breach of contract, negligence, or other claims is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. The supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

10. Intellectual Property

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
